The Recovery Bus is a project built by two friends with one mission — to make the power of sauna, ice, and mindset training accessible to everyone, wherever they are.

What started as a simple idea — “what if recovery could come to you?” — has grown into a full mobile experience: a converted bus designed to bring sauna heat, cold plunges, and mental reset to beaches, sporting events, clubs, and communities across the South West.

Right now, we’re deep in the conversion phase — transforming a retired bus into a self-contained recovery space complete with saunas, ice baths, and a chill-out zone for reflection and conversation. Every piece, from the wood panelling to the layout, is being built by hand with a vision to combine functionality, comfort, and atmosphere.

This isn’t just about recovery — it’s about connection, resilience, and building something real from the ground up.

We’re documenting the full journey as we go — from the first sketches and AI mockups to the moment we hit the road. Those concept images you see on this site are a taste of what’s coming; soon, they’ll be replaced with real photos of the finished build and the faces of the people who helped make it happen.
